2019.3.23.嘉州冬泳协会部分会员从肖坝下水，游到扑凤州河畔农家乐，和那里的会员汇合，举行2019新年暨理事会换届大会。会上，会员们高唱会歌。新老会长进行了工作交接，总结过去，展望未来，对来年的工作进行安排。在会员们热烈的掌声中，大会取得圆满成功！
